Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility
By using StudySis, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian who can.
2. Educational scope
StudySis provides tutoring, academic-strategy support, and educational resources. It is not an accredited school, academic adviser of record, emergency service, medical provider, or mental-health provider. StudySis does not guarantee grades, admissions, graduation, employment, or other outcomes.
3. Academic integrity
You remain responsible for following the rules of your course and institution. StudySis may explain concepts, guide practice, support research and planning, and review work you created. StudySis will not take assessments, impersonate a student, fabricate sources or data, or complete graded work for submission.
4. Bookings and tailored plans
A requested time is not confirmed until StudySis sends a confirmation. Paid-session and package prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. A tailored plan begins only after you accept its written scope, cadence, price, and applicable policy.
5. Digital resources
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal educational use. You may not resell, publicly share, reproduce for a class or organization, remove ownership notices, or use the materials to create a competing product without written permission.
6. Payments
When live checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the disclosed charge and applicable tax. A successful return page alone does not prove payment; access and fulfillment follow verified payment status.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, scrape protected materials, or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or highly sensitive information.
8. Availability and liability
Services may change, pause, or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, StudySis and Study Systems are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
