1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the StudySis web app operated as part of Study Systems. It applies when you browse, take the Study Reset, request a session, join the newsletter, contact support, or request a purchase link.
2. Information you choose to provide
Depending on the feature, we may collect your name, email, contact preference, phone number, academic stage, course or focus area, general support goals, requested date and time, diagnostic answers, and consent choices. Do not submit transcripts, student IDs, passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive documents through these forms.
3. Information collected automatically
The hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, timestamps, request logs, and error information. This deployment does not intentionally install advertising trackers or sell personal information.
4. How information is used
We use information to return or save a Study Reset result, respond to inquiries, assess session fit, prepare and confirm requested support, send updates you requested, create written quotes, support purchases, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
5. Providers and payment data
StudySis uses Firebase and Google Cloud for application hosting and submitted-form storage. When Stripe checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. StudySis does not ask you to place full card details in a StudySis form.
6. Retention and access
We retain inquiry and booking information only as long as needed for support, recordkeeping, legal obligations, dispute handling, and service security. To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@studysis.com and describe the request without sending additional sensitive records.
7. International and student use
Online visitors may access StudySis from different countries, which can involve cross-border processing by service providers. StudySis is designed primarily for adult university and college students. Users under the age required to consent in their jurisdiction should involve a parent or guardian.
